get to know you questions for your boyfriendPOLL: Can you answer these random questions about your Boyfriend/Girlfriend?
OK so here are some random questions I have. I don't think I've ever done something like this one. My friend answered these questions, and this is what she came up with. You can do it to if you want. If its to personal, DON'T answer it, it's simple. :)
1. How many times out of the week do you actually see (in person) your boyfriend/girlfriend?
My friend answered: "3 days out of the week, sometimes 4"
2. Do you go to the same school/college?
My friend answered: "Nope, and I am glad that it is that way, because its good to spend time without each other, but not to long... I love him"
3. How often do you text each other?
My friend answered: "Every freaking day, before he goes to school and even during school sometimes!"
4. How often do you talk on the phone (out of the week)
My friend answered: "Everyday, especially at night, we could talk for hours!"
5. What characteristic do you love about your boyfriend the most?"
My friend answered: I love that he respects me so much, and he super compassionate."
6. How long have you been going out?
My friend answered: "almost a year baby, and I hope forever!"
7. What do you guys usually do together?
My friend answered: "We can be really chill sometimes, and go rent a movie and eat popcorn, or sometimes we will go out for dinner. One time he took me to go skydiving, but I chickened out!"

My friend answered: "We don't fight a lot, but when we do, we usually just get over it." Somehow he can make me mad, but then he will do something, and I can't stay mad for long."

I bought it the day it came out, and it is still in my CD player in my truck :) It is definitely true Miranda Lambert, but this CD has a more mature sound to it. The song "Only Prettiemiranda lambert new albumr" and of course "White Liar" are classic Miranda Lambert, but she has some great new stuff on there. "Time To Get A Gun", "Sin For Sin", and "The House Thatmiranda lambert new album Built Me" are my personal favorites. If you haven't bought it yet, I would highly recommend it!

why men cyber cheat(woman only) why would you cyber cheat with a married man?
i recently found out that my husband of 20 years has been e-mailing and instant messaging another woman. he said she knows he is married. the L word was exchanged in the e-mail that i saw. My questions is, as a woman how can you do this to another woman? I just don't understand how woman can do this and look at themselves in the mirror. He says he didn't do anything wrong, do you women feel the same way?

You have to understand that the woman has no obligation towards you. Just as you're looking out for your interest, she is looking out for hers. It's entertainment to her; she is not "moral police", and she is leaving it up to you two (you and your husband) to sort out your marriage. You really shouldn't be expecting other people to look out for your marriage - this is the job you and your husband, as two adults, should be doing. The question you should be asking yourself is not about the other woman - it's about your husband; how can HE look in the mirror when he knows he broke a promise? He is the one you need to take it up with; other women owe absolutely nothing to you.

I did when they were little. I had them help me, and we practiced addition by adding the (rounded off) prices as we went, and keeping track of the total.
I only ever had one tantrum in the store, and that never happened again after I put everything back and took my daughter home.
When they were older I would shop on my lunch hour on my own.
I do most of my shopping at Winco.
i used to, they are well behaved in the shops anyway but now I go when they are in school, its quicker and I dont get the muuuuuuum can I have.......? question lol
I don't have children, but I've been teaching elementary music for a few years. I only say that so you know I'm not a kid-hating critic or anything like that.
That said, when I WATCH others taking their kids around the grocery stores, I'm mostly just amused. The ones that stand out, though, are:
1) Tantrum kids with harassed parents. I avoid them as much as I can, but not just because no one wants to listen to a tantrum. I also am really afraid that one day I'm going to snap and just go into teacher mode and calmly swoop andwhen you gone solve the kid's problems--- and then have to face the awkward face-to-face with the parent later. Yes, I know what it's like to have a whiny kid (or 30 whiny kids) when you're feeling stressed and exhausted, but it's not that hard to stop.
2) Teaching parents. Giving the kids little jobs to do and explaining about food while they're there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the rare times I see moms with a little one asking her toddler to help her bag up the bell peppers while having her first grader read the list out loud and explaining about ginger root as she calmly strolls along. Those kids are always well-behaved and not whiny because they have something useful to DO, and their curiosity is being fulfilled.
Now, only when they want to go and that is usually when they want something in particular (teens)
Then, yep. I love having my kids with me all the time :)
When they couldn't walk, a baby seat that would attach or a cart already with a baby seat. As they got older our grocery store had the "kiddie karts" for the kids to push along with me.
They have always helped me pick out the food.

She is 4, she walks and hold on to the basket. Sometimes she'll stand on the front and 'ride' the cart. Yes, she throws all kinds of stuff in the basket. Only 5% of it actually makes it to checkout.
She threw a tantrum because I wouldn't buy her a toy once [she was 1, I was 15] and I smacked her behind and told her to stop and I had this older woman come up to me and say that I shouldn't when you gonehit my sister. When I told her that was my daughter she backed up like I was the bubonic plague.
I shop at HEB. It has good prices. Yes.
Not often, we don't do a lot of our own shopping.
When we did have to go to the big store ourselves the kids would just walk with us and help pick the food. Nothing embarrassing or funny happened.
We send our driver to the stores to do the shopping, but it's not all at one place. The produce comes from the market, the meat comes from the meat shop. I'm not one of those people who likes to eat food from a warehouse store just because it's cheap. They're just not good for the local economy.
I always take my kids with me, just because we're always together and it is kind of awkward to shop alone...

Once, one of my boys was screaming in the store as we were checking out and a woman came up and asked if she could tie his shoes (He'd just untied them trying to get them off). I said yes without thinking, and he kicked her in the nose and it started bleeding! I was so embarrassed...

If you do: Do they ride in a kid cart (with the car front or special seat), why or why not? Do they have to walk or do they get to ride? Do they help you pick the food? Any embarrassing or funny ever happen while shopping with your kiddos? Where do you shop? Why do you choice that store? Do you coupon? Add more questions/answers if you think they are important!

I did when they were little. I had them help me, and we practiced addition by adding the (rounded off) prices as we went, and keeping track of the total.
I only ever had one tantrum in the store, and that never happened again after I put everything back and took my daughter home.
When they were older I would shop on my lunch hour on my own.
I do most of my shopping at Winco.
i used to, they are well behaved in the shops anyway but now I go when they are in school, its quicker and I dont get the muuuuuuum can I have.......? question lol
I don't have children, but I've been teaching elementary music for a few years. I only say that so you know I'm not a kid-hating critic or anything like that.
That said, when I WATCH others taking their kids around the grocery stores, I'm mostly just amused. The ones that stand out, though, are:
1) Tantrum kids with harassed parents. I avoid them as much as I can, but not just because no one wants to listen to a tantrum. I also am really afraid that one day I'm going to snap and just go into teacher mode and calmly swoop andwhen you gone solve the kid's problems--- and then have to face the awkward face-to-face with the parent later. Yes, I know what it's like to have a whiny kid (or 30 whiny kids) when you're feeling stressed and exhausted, but it's not that hard to stop.
2) Teaching parents. Giving the kids little jobs to do and explaining about food while they're there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the rare times I see moms with a little one asking her toddler to help her bag up the bell peppers while having her first grader read the list out loud and explaining about ginger root as she calmly strolls along. Those kids are always well-behaved and not whiny because they have something useful to DO, and their curiosity is being fulfilled.
Now, only when they want to go and that is usually when they want something in particular (teens)
Then, yep. I love having my kids with me all the time :)
When they couldn't walk, a baby seat that would attach or a cart already with a baby seat. As they got older our grocery store had the "kiddie karts" for the kids to push along with me.

ob/gyn questionsWhy Are Women Asking OB GYN Questions On This Board?
Why are so many women asking questions on this board that they should be directing to their own doctors? Do they think the people on these boards know more about their medical histories than their own doctors do? Do they not trust their own doctors? Are they afraid or intimidated by their own doctors? Are they just lazy? What's the reason?
Questions by a person male or female are presented to this community in an effort to get some direction on a concern that the person has. As a professional therapist, I find myself indulging in many of these open questions and note that they are all questions I hear in my professional environment as well. Accordingly, they are for the most part shared concerns and certainly experienced by others as well.
A concern that is solved is relative to one person only, however, the solution can be constructive for others as well, and may lead to their own success and solutions. To this ends, a forum such as this is invaluable as a tool to find similar issues and potential paths to personal successes.
I hope this helps you see the issues more clearly.
I thought that made it clear I was talking specifically about medical problems, not "I feel alone and I need moral support" questions. But, I guess people only read what they want to read, not what is actually written.
Can they afford to see their doctors? In particular, can they afford to see their doctors if they don't really need to? Do they have a doctor to see? Do they need help to figure out how to approach their doctor? Do they not trust their own judgement on whether or not to see a doctor? Do they have the knowledge about their own bodies or about the topic in question to tell if they need to see a doctor or not?
Not everyone has the same knowledge level. Not everyone has received any type of sexuality education.
Why do some people judge others without having walked in that other person's shoes?
It's sometimes difficult to get an OB-Gyn appointment quickly even if you are having problems unless you are pregnant. Many want you to set your appointments months in ob/gyn questionsadvance. I know when I was having problems that I was very worried about no one would take me for less than 6 months--even though I wanted to be seen soon because I wasn't having my period when I should have been. They saw me in the lab to take a pregnancy test and told me outright I would not be able to get an appointment right away unless the test came back positive. I wasn't and so couldn't get an appointment. I ended up having to do my own research and getting an appointment with someone else to test for the cause I found. Sure enough, what I suspected was it.
So, being that it's so hard to get that appointment, women ask other women who may have faced similar problems in the hopes that they will have clue what is going on in the meantime. What most women don't realize is that even though they may have difficulty getting an appointment with their OB-Gyn, if there's a nurse practitioner on staff that will do the appointments, they'll have a much easier time getting an appointment with her. Unfortunately, most doctors' offices won't let you know this unless you ask about it.
Maybe they just want to know that somebody else out there knows what they are going through so they don't feel like they're the only one in the world this is happening to. Misery loves company.

Maybe it's because they want to know how other people have dealt w/ their issues. Talking to other people besides their doctors can give them insight, and options to bring to their next doctor appts. I think if it bothers you that maybe you should go to another question/answer section. Even though the whole point of this section of Yahoo is to ask questions and have others answer back.
I ob/gyn questionsam going to assume you are a male. Otherwise, you would realise how offense your comment could be. There are a million reason people post questions on here. Maybe they just want the insight. Some things that people are worried about are completely normal, but you dont know that til you get the insight from someone who has already experienced it. Maybe they cant get to a doctor right away, or dont have the insurance to cover their bills. They could be under-aged or just embarrassed. There are so many possibilities. This sight was made for the questions that a lot of these woman ask, so if it bothers you so much, then why dont you just avoid the "women's health" section?
How do you know they are not asking their doctors also? A lot of people just want to ask other people questions that might be embarassing and to hear their experiences. It's women helping other women.
They are gathering information and feedback from general society. Duh.

Maybe they want to get some different opinions so they can talk intelligently to their doctor once they get there.

I've been able to do this on Macs forever, but I've never been able to figure out how to display a different wallpaper image on each monitor in a multiple monitor setup in Windows XP. I've got three monitors connected to a PC at work, but I'd like different wallpaper images.
There is no way to do this in XP natively, but you could always create a custom image that is three wallpaper images in one, so when it is displayed it looks like you have three wallpapers.
If you have .Net 2 or higher installed, you can use DisplayFusion...

free gynecologist adviceQuestions on advice before I take an HIV test?
I am a 24 year old female and I have been in a committed relationship with the same man for almost 6 years and both of us have remained faithful. I was actually his first. But probably 7-8 years ago I had unprotected sex with a few guys just being young and reckless i was around 16 or 17 not until recently have I became so concerned with having HIV or aids. I get multiple yeast infections which is directly linked to aids. I also also wasn't aware that you could remain symptom free for 15-20 years and that a CBC or pap-smear didn't detect it. Now I am so scared I made an appointment with my gynecologist to test me but i am scared beyond to the point where I can't function. I need some advice on how to deal with this. I know the only way to know is to have the test and wait for the results but my world and dreams are going to end if I have HIV or even worse aids by now. Not to mention my boyfriend will probably hate me for me being his firsthand giving him aids. I won't be able to have a family or lead a normal life. I wish I could go back in time andfree gynecologist advice change what I did but I know I can't. Any advice would help. Also how long after getting tested can i expect results?
It's unlikely you have AIDS in the absence of other symptoms like night sweats, unexplained fevers, and fatigue. Many women have recurrent yeast infections with no immunosuppression. It would be odd for this to be the first sign of AIDS. Get tested if you're worried but it's unlikely you're infected.
Time until results varies according to what test is used, it could range from same day to a week.
Ok calm down. Let me tell you something. A CBC will not detect HIV, but....it will be off. Especially if you have been with the same sex partner for 6 years, something would be off if you had HIV. IF you have had the CBC done with differential it will detect that your body is fighting something. Look for low WBC, & Low Lymphocyte count. 95% of people with HIV/AIDS are anemic as well. You can check that by your RBC. If it is low, then you are anemic. Everyone makes mistakes. You are definantly not the only one who has slept with free gynecologist advicemore then one person. You will meet very few people who have. Multiple yeast infections dont mean anything. A lot of women have that issue. You would have more symptoms then yeast infections if you were HIV positive for over 6 years. You know what I mean? A pap smear would not detect HIV, but again a very high percentage of women who are HIV positive have HPV, which is what a pap smear screens for. If you have never had an std then you are probably in the clear. Get the test done, I am sure you're fine. Good luck!
People who are hiv positive can still lead long, successful lives if they take care of themselves. Women who are positive can still be in relationships and with the medical advances we've made, even have healthy children who are not infected with the virus. It is not the death sentance it used to be and if unfortunatley you were to have it, it is entirely possible to lead the life that you want, you just have to take care of yourself. You will meet very few people who have. Multiple yeast infections dont mean anything. A lot of women have that issue. You would have more symptoms then yeast infections if you were HIV positive for over 6 years. You know what I mean? A pap smear would not detect HIV, but again a very high percentage of women who are HIV positive have HPV, which is what a pap smear screens for. If you have never had an std then you are probably in the clear. Get the test done, I am sure you're fine. Good luck!

Women who are positive can still be in relationships and with the medical advances we've made, even have healthy children who are not infected with the virus. I think that the 'fish' bit is quite simple. You don't go around stroking or cuddling a fish or prawn, do you? They are cold-blooded and are considered to not have feelings. The same is thought of vegetables, so actually causing any suffering doesn't come in to the equation.
My daughter (and other vegetarians) tell me that they simply do not like the taste, texture or look of red meat on their plate. I also think that as a youngster, my daughter was just too lazy to chew meat, but that could have something to do with her not liking the texture.
My daughter will not eat cheese that is not a vegetarian cheese but will eat chicken. My husbands niece will eat any cheese but won't touch chicken or fish!
I love lamb but I do understand if you do not wish to eat it, we all have our personal tastes which have nothing to do with being vegetarian or otherwise.
I would be very surprised if the caterers at the wedding reception couldn't do something a bit different for you to cater for your tastes and I am surprised that your tastes weren't catered for by the people that invited you. Just pop a bit of your favourite nut-roast or something in your pocket and pop it on to your plate. Don't make a big thing about it but tell your immediate table-mates what and why you are doing it. I am sure they will understand.
By the way, vegetables are alive too!

That entire region seems to drag the rest of the country down. Every Southern State with the exception of Georgia (thanks to Atlanta) and Florida (which isn’t really that “Southern”) takes from the federal government far more than they pay in. 4. Oil - we can supply all the oil that the Republic of Texas will
need for the next 300 years. What will the other states do? Gee, we

5. Natural Gas - again we have all we need and it's too bad about
those Northern States. John Kerry and Al Gore will have to figure out
a way to keep them warm...
6. Computer Industry - we lead the nation in producing computer chips
and communications equipment -small companies like Texas Instruments,
Dell Computer, EDS, Raytheon, National Semiconductor, 摩托ola, Intel,
AMD, Atmel, Applied Materials, Ball Misconduct, Dallas Semiconductor,
Norte l, Alcatel, etc. The list goes on and on.
7. Medical Care - We have the research centers for cancer research,
the best burn centers and the top trauma units in the world, as well
as, other large health centers. The Houston Medical Center alone
employs over 65,000 people.
8. We have enough colleges to keep us getting smarter: University of
Texas, Texas AM, Texas Tech, Texas Ch ristian, Rice, SMU, University
of Dallas, University of Houston, Baylor, UNT (University of North
Texas ), Texas Women's Unsouth secede from unioniversity, etc. Ivy grows better in the South
anyway.
9. We have an intelligent and energetic work force, and it isn't
restricted by a bunch of unions. Here in Texas, it's a Right to Work
State and, therefore, it's every man and woman for themselves. We just
go out and get the job done. And if we don't like the way one company
operates, we get a job somewhere else.
10. We have essential control of the paper, plastics and insurance
industries, etc.

That entire region seems to drag the rest of the country down. Every Southern State with the exception of Georgia (thanks to Atlanta) and Florida (which isn’t really that “Southern”) takes from the federal government far more than they pay in. They had to be dragged kicking and screaming into legislation that made it a crime to beat the crap out of black people for exercising their Constitutional right to vote and remain the most politically, culturally and socially backward part of the country.
Is it time to posthumously grant Jefferson Davis’ wish and let the South secede?
No the South should not secede but I think all the states should tell the federal government if they want our tax money they better start abiding by the Constitution.
It's fascinating to see how people find ways to express the nastiest most bitter and repulsive sides of themselves. The south has nothing to do with what makes you so hateful, you are just using it as an excuse. Maybe you should check into the list of states compiled by black organizations in which they claim to be the best states for black people to live in. One list is done by imprisonment statistics, another is standard of living.

of the Democrats lowering the qualifications for home loans came to

So what does Texas have to do to survive as a Republic?
1. NASA is just south of Houston, Texas. We will control the space industry.
2. We refine over 85% of the gasoline in the United States.
3. Defense Industry -- we have over 65% of it. The term "Don't mess
with Texas," will take on a whole new meaning.
4. Oil - we can supply all the oil that the Republic of Texas will
need for the next 300 years. What will the other states do? Gee, we
don't know. Why not ask Obama?
5. Natural Gas - again we have all we need and it's too bad about
those Northern States. John Kerry and Al Gore will have to figure out
a way to keep them warm...
6. Computer Industry - we lead the nation in producing computer chips
and communications equipment -small companies like Texas Instruments,
Dell Computer, EDS, Raytheon, National Semiconductor, 摩托ola, Intel,
AMD, Atmel, Applied Materials, Ball Misconduct, Dallas Semiconductor,
Norte l, Alcatel, etc. The list goes on and on.
7. Medical Care - We have the research centers for cancer research,
the best burn centers and the top trauma units in the world, as well
as, other large health centers. The Houston Medical Center alone
employs over 65,000 people.
8. We have enough colleges to keep us getting smarter: University of
Texas, Texas AM, Texas Tech, Texas Ch ristian, Rice, SMU, University
of Dallas, University of Houston, Baylor, UNT (University of North
Texas ), Texas Women's Unsouth secede from unioniversity, etc. Ivy grows better in the South
anyway.
9. We have an intelligent and energetic work force, and it isn't
restricted by a bunch of unions. Here in Texas, it's a Right to Work
State and, therefore, it's every man and woman for themselves. We just
go out and get the job done. And if we don't like the way one company
operates, we get a job somewhere else.
10. We have essential control of the paper, plastics and insurance
industries, etc.
11. In case of a foreign invasion, we have the Texas National Guard,
the Texas Air National Guard and several military bases. We don't
have an Army, but since everybody down here has at least six rifles
and a pile of ammo, we can raise an Army in 24 h ours if we need one.
If the situation really gets bad, we can always call the Department of
Public Safety and ask them to send over the Texas Rangers.
12. We are totally self-sufficient in beef, poultry, hogs and
several types of grain, fruit and vegetables, and let's not forget
seafood from the Gulf. Also, everybody down here knows how to cook
them so that they taste good. Don't need any food.
13. Three of the ten largest cities in the United States, and
twenty-three of the 100 largest cities in the United States, are
located in Texas. And Texas also has more land than California, New
York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Massachusetts,
Maryland, Rhode Island and Vermont&n bsp;combined.
14. Trade: Three of the ten largest ports in the United States are
located in Texas.
15. We also manufacture cars down here, but we don't need to. You see,
nothing rusts in Texas, so our vehicles stay beautiful and run well
for decades.
This just names a few of the items that will keep the Republic of
Texas in good shape. There isn't a thing out there that we need and
don't have.
Now to the rest of the United States under President Obama:
Since you won't have the refineries to get gas for your cars, only
President Obama will be able to drive around in his big 9 mpg SUV.
The rest of the United States will have to walk or ride bikes.
You won't have any TV as the Space Center in Houston will cut off
satellite communications.
You won't have any natural gas to heat your homes, but since
Mr. Obama has predicted global warming, you will not need the gas as
long as you survive the 2,000 years it will take to get enough heat
from Global Warming.

I am interested in working in senior care in Las Vegas, do i need any type of certification or liscense to work in a retirement home? I havent had much luck with job searches but am willing to work either in a facility or privately in someones home. There were only a very few places hiring at that time and they want you to do allot for about $9.50 or so an hour. You must pay for your own gas, cell phone so that the clients can reach you if you are doing an errend for them and the only supplies the co. give you are throw away gloves. Everything else comes out of your pocket or the client must pay for it.
My neighbors at the time were doing this job for years and sort of got me interested in finding out more about it. My neighbor must do this to offset her low ss checks and she wasn't sure how much longer she could do the job because of all the lifting and twisting involved in taking care of someone tnevada retirement homeshat is bed ridden.
Anyways, I went has far as to get my two series of Hep C shots, my health card from the state and attened the food handlers movie and discussion that followed. I was good to go after that.
After you have all of those papers in order at your expense( approx. $100.) up front you can then allpy at one of the many senior care agencies around town if they are hiring at all now.
They usually charge the clients medicare $20.per hour but pay you $9 to $10. an hour.
If you want any overtime which never happens much, they have you apply with one of their sister agencies so that they don't have to pay you time and a half. (so cheap with the staff)
You then must attend without pay a two to three day orientation and then purchase a uniform at your expense.
My cousin does this sort of work in NM. She has had allot of experience with the terminal and with this economy she is only getting clients for less then 10 hours a week. More hassle to drive and get ready for work then money in her pocket.
She wants more hours but business is slow right now.
You should call one of the seniornevada retirement homes care co. here in NV, they will tell you what you need to get started.

I have dreams that comes true, reality is never as bad as the dream,but it is close and is the same people, I used to tell the people that I dreamed about, about the dream and it only scared them, so I started praying about the people that I dream about and leave it at that, I am part cherokee Inwarning dreamsdian, I dont know if that is why I have them kind of dreams or not. Here's the deal, my girlfriend who I've been living with for 4 years has seemed to find an emotional connection with someone other than me. At this point in my life I am not allowed to meed her, and as far as I know from my girls point of view she has deeper conversations with her than me and she feels as if she really enjoys talking to her.Not only has that left me emotionally staggered, she's having a hard time showing me love because a sista is in a bind right now. I'm about to work two jobs and go to class to make ends meet, and her opinion of me is that I'm irresponsible and weak. I know who the woman my girl is refusing to let me meet. She says their just friends, and I WANT to trust her...but I haven't ever felt like I needed to hide someone I know from her. I love her every-time she gets upset with me now she leave and goes out to talk to her on the phone, apparently on the last few occasions shes scheduled to meet her in private and got stood up twice.
Every time this happened she came home to me upset, and irritated with me for no apparent reason. I guess I'm questioning it because I'd never do something like that to her. If I felt I was crossing the line emotionally with someone I'd make a note to invite my giremotional infidelityl out with me to keep establish boundaries. What I don't like is that she does things in private with the girl and then tells me a month or two later. I found out about her after I lost my job two months ago and a strange number appeared in the phone. My girlfriend denied any calls but after feeling suspicious, I checked our phone records and she had called her on several occasions behind my back. Am I being paranoid or should I be worried?
There is something really wrong with her not letting you meet the "friend". If there was nothing to hide, then you should be allowed to at least meet her and hang out. Her lying about the calls is a clear red flag, too.
Sounds like a no-brainer cheat to me, whether anything is going on or not, she is hiding SOMETHING. And I know women are great at making excuses for the significant other and making things ok, but I dont think this is the case where you should do that. Try talking to her up-front one more time, approach the phone issue, and get a straight answer about WHY you cant meet the friend if nothing bad is going on. If she doesnt respond again, you'll have your answer - time for you to walk away, keep your dignity, and let her keep her little "friendship" on the siemotional infidelityde.

But let not any pessimism bog you down. Discuss things with her. You love her, and if you do, you can take theheart to discuss things with her. Dont jump into conclusions. Will you stop loving her because she loves someone else? when the answer for this question is no. then why bother.

chronic fatigue syndromeHow can a person with chronic fatigue syndrome get more energy?
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome about 2 years ago and I have found a way to cope without pain. My biggest problem now is the fatigue.
I would have 2 things checked.....your iron level and your thyroid. Both can cause severe fatigue.
Other ideas include eating fruit for natural sugar as apposed to sugary foods. 10 minutes, 2 times a day of exercise can also help. It doesn't have to be a lot and you can work up to doing more than that if you want to.
If you are not sleeping well at night, I would also ask your doctor about starting a low dose of Trazadone. It helped me greatly and I felt much better during the day.
The biggest thing that helped me was regular chiropractic adjustments. I have Fibromyalgia (although you'd never know it now), spinal stenosis, High Blood Pressure, hypothyroidism and IBS. I also get chronic migraines. Chiropractic has improved my life 100%. I see my chiropractor 1 time a week and I virtually have no symtoms! I have been seeing a chiropractor for 15 months now.
