chacha ask any questionIs there any services that are free like chacha, that you can ask unlimited question?

I'm sour at chacha for limiting the questions to 20/month any other services like that? I've tried google but its just not the same.
Please tell ChaCha how you feel about this change to the service! They ask for customer feedback and the only way to help a company improve is to give them your honest feedback.

Don't do it via text, because:
a) that will count against your monthly limit
b) the Company won't always see it, just the Guides will see it

Go to the website and send them a feedback email. Maybe they'll re-think the change if they get enough real feedback about it, but if customers just leave without telling the company why they're leaving, then...where does that get them?

I'm not an employee of ChaCha, however, I am a guide & would really appreciate your taking the time to let the company know whether you like or dislike changes as they come about.

ChaCha really is a good company and, like any company in its early stages, they have to try different things to figure out what works & what doesn't.

Thank you for your time & we hope to see you again as repeat ChaCha customers!
Just wanted to reply since the guide above said that the limit was only temporary, that has been changed at first they started telling all the guides that the change was temporary too, then they changed all the faq pages to say that ChaCha hasn't decided if it will be temporary yet.

As for the service being slow its a problem on the guide end too, they need to do a lot more work on their software the universe (what we use to answer questions) goes down a lot, there are tons of issues with paying guides at different times, and sometimes just randomly don't get the recenhistoryry for the person who asks a question (which ischacha ask any question a big problem when the query is "More please").

The quality control is also really bad which is why bad guides that just answer as fast as they can without caring are still allowed to guide.

Many of the guides on the forum are upset about this change too, many more are upset that people texting in started getting messages about the change before they posted anything to us. (Which makes us look really bad when someone says "Why can we only ask 20 questions a month?" and we haven't heard anything yet cause they didn't update us before this change.
Why do you complain about something that is already free? ChaCha is a service where your questions are answered by a human and you are not being charged per question. And in fact, if you use the keywords, they do not even go against your limit.

Take and take and take, and then still throw ChaCha under the bus.

Sorry guys, but it's just greed that motivates those that are unhappy with an already free service.
I have a friend who is a guide and says they really like answering questions but is disappointed with auto answers (?). Something about now a computer system is answering instead of a human which is taking away from the unique feature of being human powered. They say it isn't like it use to be.

I personally quit using cha cha about 2 months ago when I'd ask a question and either get a wrong answer or the one I received was just nasty. It was like they didn't care what answer they gave. It wasn't worth my time to type it in to get a message back that wasn't even close, took 2 hours to be returned (and I'd already gotten the answer myself) or was so rude that I felt like I was being punished for even using their service.

I don't show or suggest cha chacha ask any questioncha to anyone any more for these reasons. I don't like unknown people treating my friends like crap just to make a few dollars.

Sorry cha cha but you are loosing customers pretty fast.
Don't you all find it a little ridiculous that you are complaining about something that is free to begin with? It costs them money for every text, so it only makes sense now that they are getting more popular they had to start limiting questions. It may be only temporary too, thats what I was told.
You're right, there is only one ChaCha. And even with the cap on monthly questions it still rocks! Sure, there are times when you just have to ask how big is the world's largest penis 25 times in one day, and for that go to another site. But if you're a casual user ChaCha is still your best bet.
I concur, ChaCha is swirling the drain right now. They are losing people fast. I'm looking for an alternative as well, it won't be long though.

ChaCha had a great idea but ruined it. Now other companies know what to do and what NOT to do.
It is only temporary. All of the keywords are unlimited still. Those included the weather, jokes, fun, and more keywords. Keep on doing the ChaCha!
Mosio!
http://mosio.com or http://m.mosio.com from your mobile.

100% free and unlimited, tons of fun. I've been using it for almost a year and it's saved me on many occasions.
I'm looking for some right now. ChaCha is off my fav list now with this disgrace. I told all my friends/family members to stop wasting their time with this company now.

Seriously, how stupid can they get? 20????
