I am going on a cruise in a few months and I need to lose around 30 lbs so I won't be embarrassed when I go swimming. Can someone recommend a fast weight loss diet that doesn't cost tons of money?

I think it all starts with eating right and doing excerise first. I wasn't always in shape. Many years ago I was very overweight and didn't watch what I ate and it quickly became out of control. I tried every machine and diet food out there..along with mafast weight lossny diet programs but none of them worked. A few years back I tried a program called the automatic fat loss system which worked wonders for me. It takes you through everything you need to know in order to lose weight fast.
