I have older versions of Photoshop and Illustrator (6.0 and 9.0 respectively) and I want to know if those will still work with the new Windows 7 operating system on my laptop. Or do I need to purchase newer versions of the software? Thanks!
MS doesn't mention the older versions.
If it doesn't work right after instaadobe photoshop 6.0 softwarell, you can try running or reinstalling the programs in XP or Vista compatibility mode.
I believe you will have to upgrade. Those versions are too old, and are no longer supported. It is very unlikely they will run under Windows 7. Photoshop 7 might run under Windows 7, but I don't think anything older than that has a adobe photoshop 6.0 softwarechance.
Frankly speaking I don;t see why not. Go ahead and install it. If Windows expects you to buys new software everytime they upgrade their OS...then thats bad on their part.
they should work, but if your not sure download the demo/trial and see if that works before you put the serial in.
