a month ago my compu had virus so instead of calling a professional dad called 1 of our relatives he removed the virus and flash player and switched off java player i don't know anything about this tell me how dowload flash or switch on java method and site regardless of money matter(not free download) coz i hav to wacth videos and i am not able to.

Test Adobe Shockwave & Flash Players

Current version is 6 Update2. Update Java or download at

Remove all but the latest version of Java. Old versions are a security risk.
Go to Program Files\Java remove directories of older versions. (jre1.5.0_java player free download08, jre1.5.0_09, etc.)
Optional:
Check to make sure you are not running Microsoft Virtual Machine (Microsoft Java, no longer supported and should be removed).
Now to enable Java:

Internet Options>Advanced Tab> Scroll down to Java
Make sure "Use Java X.XXX for ..." box is checked

Tools > Options > Content > Check all four boxes
