Yep buddy.......you can use AVG as I use it personally now its really good with no problems as its one of the best free Antivirus avail.... Zone alarm comes with a free version and with a 30 day trial I guess for the professional stick to the free version as it is good enough Firewaavg download windows xpll if not try this www.comodo.com for the comodo firewall as I am using this too.... its free and rated really good also low on the resources so light for the computer...not like zone alarm.....for an anti spyware....use Ad-aware SE find this on www.download.com as its the best avail.....
