open the pdf file in Adobe reader...press the print icon top of page..then press properties..another window opens...press advanced ...where you find it says greyscale press on the box ..which will leave a tick...then press ok to print ....bear in mind after this print out...you will need to repdownload adobe reader 8eat the process above....as the printer will revert to colour again
copy and paste it on microsoftword and press print

The answer would depend on the kind of printer you have. I fyou have a colour printer, all you do is open the PDF file in Acrobat, click FILE>PRINT SETUP then click on PROPERTIES nextdownload adobe reader 8 to the printer name near the top of the dialogue box. On the MAIN tab look for a check box that says GRAYSCALE PRINTING and select it. Then click on OK to close the dialogue box and the click on OK to print in grayscale on a colour printer.
