Okayy,so theres pretty much a diffrence in TOTALLY bluring out something or just softening the background.But No problem,heres afree online photo editing software tip: Go to www.picnik.com
If you want to only soften the background go on the effects and press "Soften" or press "Focal Soften". Those will only soften the background but whatever the things are in the background will shfree online photo editing softwareow.
If you want to completly Bluur the background so the stuff in the background cant be told what it is press on "Focal Pixelate" which is a bit under "Focal Soften".
